Store Manager Position

As the Store Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of the store's operations, from customer service to mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising to create an engaging and welcoming store environment.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right bikes, accessories, and gear to meet their needs and preferences.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to ensure high-quality service, teamwork, and professional development.

Mechanical Expertise: Utilize your mechanical skills to perform bike assembly, maintenance, repairs, and tune-ups as needed.

Sales and Goals: Drive sales by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with bike suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage product orders effectively.


Qualifications:

Passion for Bikes: An avid cyclist with a genuine enthusiasm for bikes and the riding community.

Management Experience: Proven experience in retail management, including staff supervision and store operations.

Mechanical Skills: Proficient in bike assembly, maintenance, and repairs; technical certifications are a plus.

Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage inventory, schedules, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Leadership: A natural leader who can motivate and guide a team towards achieving store goals.
